Vacuum cleaners kitchen is one of my animals are notoriously inefficient because it annoyed - if they work at all. It was the first time fans have kitchens, and the chef is expected that with the heat and humidity in the kitchen (maybe that's why so few people to cook at home then) suffer.

Recirculation Fans
